Job Responsibilities:

Reports to Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
On call at supervisors discretion
Company supplied vehicle while at work
Company supplied tools for work use
Replace HVAC filters
Clean HVAC intake and outlet grills
Clean or replace ceiling tiles
Replace light bulbs, ballast drivers, and fixtures
Light electrical repairs
Light plumbing repairs
Light carpentry sheetrock, and paint
Light alarm systems maintenance
Assist furniture installs
Move furniture
Hang pictures on wall
Install and replace TVs, Microwaves, and other appliances
Maintain vehicle and work space in a clean and orderly fashion
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:

2-5 years of experience
Valid drivers license
Must undergo drug test and background check
