Service Porter

We have an immediate opening for a Service Porter. Come be an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Pulling around customers vehicles to be serviced or for pick up
Shuttle driver for customers
Other duties upon request
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive on the service drive
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and/or area
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Set follow-up appointments for next service visits
Make outbound service calls to set appointments and to confirm upcoming appointments
Help drive a customer friendly environment

Qualifications:

Driver’s License
Deadline and detail-oriented

Requirements:

Excellent phone etiquette
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills a plus
Customer service attitude
