• Selling both new and pre-owned vehicles through excellent product presentation and value building skills
• Thorough knowledge on all aspects of building your customer base
• Professional and effective daily phone calls
• Maintain a team player mentality and attitude
• Making successful daily appointments
• Strong communication and closing abilities
• Continual product training and testing
• Providing customers with an award winning experience purchasing a vehicle from Crain Hyundai Fayetteville

Qualifications:

• Experienced with CRM platforms
• Coachable
• Strong ability to build rapport with even stronger listening skills
• Skilled negotiator
• Ability to successfully utilize social media platforms
• Excellent phone skills with ability to make daily phone calls 
• Team player atittude
