Parts Advisor

We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by selling and ordering parts, providing product information, meeting sales goals, and helping to maintain an accurate inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Fill orders for both internal and external customers
• Provide information about products 
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in auto part sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and keep an organized warehouse
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay range: $35-45K annually
