PARTS ADVISOR

We have an immediate opening for a Parts Specialist. Come be an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Looking up, billing, pulling and providing automotive parts to retail and wholesale customers
• Provide information about the products and service
• Check in and stock parts, keeping warehouse organized
• Handle customer inquiries and offer great Customer Service
• Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Assisting technicians with Parts needs in the service department

Qualifications:

• Driver’s License
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor

Job Type: Full-time 40+ hours/week, some Saturdays

Pay: Salary plus Monthly commission
